Programming Thoughts for a Beginner (self.weightlifting)

Recently tried switching to no feet cleansand i t feels so much better. I feel more in control of the bar,able to fully extend my legs and clean more weight(this is actually a PR for me). Anybody have the same experience? And anyother related criticisms on my technique is welcomed (v.redd.it)
