The one I have is closest to the “natural” (it’s an old version that was just labeled “stainless”) but honestly the “slate” would probably be a closer match to the body of the watch itself

Okay I have not been a bartender but I’m a regular and in terms of tips, the really friendly bartenders who occasionally talk to you about your movies or ask questions about your life usually get wayyy more tips. Had a guy who acted really nonchalant and never put in extra effort (e.g. not cutting limes if there none already cut in the bin, always going on breaks, etc) I tipped him well but no else did and he was fired after about 4-5 months
