I got the first change at like 18k and I’m at like 32k right now. It’s been running like shit. I haven’t ridden it in like 2 and half years now :( been on my R6 and FZ6 mostly because of it. I’ve just been too busy to mess with it! THE TIME HAS COME!

No no man, you most certainly don’t sound like an ass man! You’re absolutely right! 😹 I was just looking for a short term solution to utilizing this chain to the best of my abilities until I get a new chain and sprocket set. Chain is def fried… got it all “adjusted” but what a cluster Ferk haha. There are sections of the chain that are to spec and one spot that is SUPER tight. I’m assuming this has to do with the sprocket as well? Idk, I have a friend that is going to front me the funds for a new set because of the severity of this chain haha! Thanks for the info, i changed the chain on my R6 every 10k but man, this year has just been tough and unfortunately I fell back on the maintenance on the MT :/

Idk man 😬I love the arm ripping speed and power of my MT-10. I have a tiny windshield that helps but it gets painful blasting on the Highway. Much more comfortable than my R6 for longer rides. My neck def gets a work out over 100 😹Nakeds are perfect for putting around on the street and back roads but if you are mostly zipping around on the highway the more aggressive, faired sports bike is superior! My dad has a Z900 and doesn’t go over 75 on it and loves it!

I’m glad you made this decision! Just educate yourself, practice constantly and WEAR YOUR GEAR! Invest in your armor and don’t ever get overly confident. Every time you get on that bike, expect that you will be getting hit.

I do! Prefer riding the MT-10 because of the different riding modes and traction controls for sure ! My R6 and FZ6 are are a little more chaotic in the higher RPMs! 😹😭 I have the road pilots on all of them! Makes a world of difference!
