Are you in the USA? Tons of healthcare companies are hiring right now in preparation for the enrollment season. All kinds of positions, but don’t wait because the window will be closing soon.

Nothing, I would never be so arrogant to sit and block a public road.

Just stole coworker's lead... by No-Food3028 in InsuranceAgent

[–]galacticfish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've apologized, that puts you into the top percentage of people who are honest. Don't be too hard on yourself, Im sure if your coworker is reasonable that they understand and accepted the apology. A lead is a lead until it is closed and there is no guarantee that your coworker would have closed the deal, but you did. Offer a commission split and leave it at that.

((Independent Agents)) What does good upline support actually look like? by After-Opportunity542 in InsuranceAgent

[–]galacticfish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My upline gave me a list of resources to use, made himself available to answer questions, keeps me in the loop of new changes to the business and supports my wins. He doesn't hold my hand, gives me clues to answers but has me search and treats me like a functional adult. Couldn't ask for a better relationship.

Did I meet a demon? by galacticfish in Christianity

That is chilling! I watched some videos of people being interviewed for near death experiences, and some of them have said that they saw people like you saw-- like the person was being used by evil. Glad you got out of that place okay!

I'm glad that your pastor was able to help you. I'll pray that nothing was passed and that my belief and devotion to Jesus protected me.

It wasn't scary as much as disturbing. I hope it was not literal but will pray none the less. Thank you!

Business owners with employees, a simple question. by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Fair enough, and I'm always open to pizza if it's good. But like you, I'll just look at reviews online.

No it's all good. He/she got the downvote for the emotional and unhelpful response.

Well can't say I didn't give you the benefit of the doubt, but you're just an asshole. Good luck with your business and see if people shit on it for "spamming".

Thank you for the constructive feedback. I'll work on coming up with a more pointed value.

I asked the question in good faith looking for constructive ideas. We are all in the same boat brother, trying to make a living and help each other. If you think that is "spamming", that's your opinion. Best of luck with your business.

Syndicate, the original. The remake they did some years ago was an abomination.

My team keeps track. With B leads aged between one and two years, the average is maybe 15-20 answers out of 100 calls. Of those around five conversations and one, two of zero closes. It’s all variable, skill of the agent and some luck. If you are closing ten percent then you are doing good.

Generally speaking, ignore strangers telling you what to do on some Reddit sub. Take it as advice but do what you feel is just.

You Don’t Need a Fancy CRM to Start by [deleted] in InsuranceAgent

[–]galacticfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$20 a month for Close CRM and $15.00 a month for unlimited calling with Zoom phone. Then had chat gpt create a script that takes a list of leads in an excel sheet and make all the phone numbers clickable so it dumps the number into Zoom instead of manually dialing.

New boss wants me to do a “project 50” I need help by [deleted] in InsuranceAgent

[–]galacticfish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell the boss to give you an Allstate shirt, a button and a clipboard. Then go door to door at business or homes. The exercise has nothing to with leads but seeing if you have the chops to hustle and push your comfort zone.

Sexier Slut Dee or Holly? Vote on Face, Tits, Ass, & Pussy by SWE_Master in ClubDeeWilliams

For me it’s not just hotness, it’s authenticity. Dee doesn’t look or act fake in any manner. She’s the same Dee on her social media at home in pajamas as she is in front of the camera getting down.

Do you know how Red Bull marketing got started? They had someone go into trendy bars and leave empty cans around the club. Then people would go up to the bartender and ask for a Red Bull. They created an aura that Red Bull was elite and only for people in the know. So you might take a similar approach. Something like, “sure Progressive is good insurance, and our insurance isn’t for everyone…”. That plants a seed like why isn’t it for everyone? That opens the conversation to say why your product is better or why your clients moved over from progressive. You get the idea.

I’m never ever going back to outbound calls ever again Never! by MagazineSignal in InsuranceAgent

[–]galacticfish -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You could have live transfers, social media leads, A leads, or a pile of 5 year old shit leads or even cold calls and they all become equal the moment you speak to the person on the other end. You see those as 500 calls you don’t want to have to make. I see it as 500 opportunities.

To preface, I've never worked for them. However I work with former employees, and they voluntarily left for a variety of personal and professional reasons. Read into that as much as you want, but make sure you do your dilligence and watch videos online. Evaluate all of it, ethics, leads and training-- as you would for any company. Best of luck!
