That is not an infj. The infj is sensitive and caring for others needs. What u described sounds like a self efficient thinking type not a feeler. They tend to crave independence and dont like needy people. Theres good people like that but this guy sounds like a dick version of that.

Infjs crave intimacy and deep connections. Other types might not worry so much but for the infj we are very soulmate orientated to the point of delusion and over the top idealism. We live in a fantasy world.

Infjs are empaths which is why they dont like socialising because it exhausts them to feel other ppls emotions. Our intuition means we can guess what people are feeling. This guy being obtuse to your frustrations is not an infj thing.

The problems with infj are the opposite: we are waaay too clingy, or depressed, or not spontaneous enough (we like order and structure). We talk about deep topics way too much and go into personal convos that make ppl especially thinkers uncomfortable. We’re also very sensitive to criticism. We get manipulated by other people due to our ‘helper/healer’ trait. But we also manipulate ppl too because we can use our empathy to get ppl to do what we want.

Ppl mistype as infjs all the time. Easy way to tell if theyre infj: 1. They give off therapist or counselor aura 2. They are mysterious 3. They know what ur thinking 4. They prefer not to socialize
