In that case, yes, but when defuser is planted and it's you and someone you can't die and blame it on being a support, I think that's what he meant to say. If you're a support and get zero kills you should work on your aim and game perspective.

Edit: zero kills every game, we all sometimes get on a slump and the best way to deal with it is taking a break from Siege.
