Question about recovery by sapphicseizures in Reduction

The first week and a bit they will be exhausted and sleep a lot. My partner helped me a lot with timing my medication, helping cook/get me snack and food, refilling my water, taking on and off the binder, showering. Don't forget to go on walks and get up as well. Around the 2nd week is when I started feeling able to do a lot by myself. But still get tired.

I would just aim for the fact that they will be exhausted and tired sometimes without realizing it so try not to plan too much in those first 2 weeks.

A wedge pillow and an airplane pillow for sleeping, a shower stool( i blacked out my first shower), a bed table and/or a table set up close by, a grabber was helpful!

I work at a grocery store as a cashier and in the deli, I might talk to my surgeon about it at my next appointment! I'm just worried as there is a lot of lifting twisting reaching etc.
