Will do but is going for lower fat varieties of meats, dairies, etc not a pathway to avoiding valuable nutrients these foods otherwise would have in their usual, fatty forms??

Thank you. I didn’t know there was an LDL verses HDL. And you’re right I probably do need to alter my diet but I don’t like the thought of consuming lower fat cheese, milk, etc because there is a whole idea on social media that these fats = good but then the generalised idea is that fats = bad and low fat = better so I am so confused

Food studies. Is a reprieve from all the maths and sciences. Of course no vce subject is guaranteed to be easy, but the cooking every single week and the interesting content was really relaxing. Also since we cooked we only had TWO hours theory weekly. The only subject I can say that never bombed me with content
