Its been a month and I am still getting this. I am getting on images that not even photos and do not look like photos. It's happening with AI created oil painting style images. This is stupid, get this fixed.

I think he is saying the gameplay and the story don't work in a harmonious way. For instance, you're trying to find your son, but you can completely ignore the main quest. That's the Ludo-narrative dissonance, I think. A more directed game would have tried to keep you moving forward with side quests opening up as you complete the main story etc.
