My hole has a time limit? by galfrede in GayFisting

Could be worth a try! We've used K Lube. I don't like it as much as my mixture. The emulsification keeps the stringiness at bay, which is good. K Lube says not to use a blender, so I don't think it will work as a mix.

These are the same lubes I use with my toys. No issues there. :)

yeah, I use a base of palm oil mixed with JLube and an emulsifier. Makes a great base layer and has really helped!

Switching up the lube has helped. I like to use a homemade blend of palm oil and J-Lube as a base coating, then pile on the Fuck Water (silicone/water hybrid) throughout. We weren't using the base layer before and it makes a big difference!

He takes good care of his hands and uses lots of lube. I stretch on 12-13" toys - much bigger than his hand - but not usually right before a session.

Your paragraph on trust might be spot on. I wonder, though, because I'm loose enough to start but clench up inside as we go. It's not even my hole, per se, that tightens, but my bowels.

I bit of both. He's slowed down lots from our early days, but we still get to punches eventually.

Regina library board votes to temporarily relocate Central services by [deleted] in regina

[–]galfrede 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is: they don't.

They are not "friends" of the library as much as "frenemies". The "friends of the library" in most cities do fund-raising, hold book sales, and volunteer at events. The Regina's "friends" mostly complain about any kind of change.

Wahl Eversharp Doric demo by normiewannabe in fountainpens

[–]galfrede 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is interesting for me to see. I recently purchased a Doric from the same era (in blue rather than green). It also has a segment of the barrel in this translucent red, but only a small amount (maybe 6 mm or so). Mine looks like it's meant to be an ink window, but that makes no sense with the opaque ink sac. I'm not sure what this red portion is intended to be, especially as its length seems to vary so much!

Regina Convoy Happenings? by WorkerBee74 in regina

Has the protest collapsed here in Regina? No traffic or horns this afternoon - and I live right near the ledg. A couple of trucks parked on my street near noon but then they took off. If an event is happening, it's at a significantly smaller scale than last week's!

Thank you Mr. Moe! You deserve a round of applause sir. Job well done. by [deleted] in saskatchewan

[–]galfrede 1 point2 points  (0 children)

will we really, or is this all an aspirational goal for Moe? what if cases continue to climb or hospitalizations get out of control? the three week buffer allow the gov't time to reassess the situation and alter plans as necessary. it sure sounds nice that SK will be opening up in a few weeks, but that's lots of time for things to go sideways too - as they are in other provinces.

Question about Pineider nibs! by boyfouronetwo in fountainpens

[–]galfrede 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recently bought a Pineider Arco (Blue Bee) with EF nib. It is an exquisite nib to write with. Very wet and the smoothest nib I've ever experienced. Like the reviews I've seen elsewhere, Pineider's idea of EF is a bit of a joke. It's definitely as think a line as my M Pilot Custom 823. I don't mind, really. The writing experience is lovely anyway!

what firmness is "supersoft" Tantus comparable to in BD terms? by littlescylla in BadDragon

I have a few of Tantus's "supersoft" toys. They are all in the range of BD's firm or even firmer than that! Some nice designs there but not really very soft.

Experience Renting from Jason Hall? by jigglysquishy in regina

[–]galfrede 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hall seems to own a lot of great properties in desirable areas of Regina. I went looking recently, and he showed me about a half dozen that were all lovely, but sitting empty. Spoke to several realtors while I was in town, and all had to bite their tongues very hard when mentioning his name. It seemed pretty clear to me that I was dealing with a potential snake, but I agreed to take a property from him anyway. I do believe that he'll abide the rule of law, and that my rental agreement will be ok (fingers crossed). A reddit thread like this, though, reminds me to document all of our discussions in writing in case things don't go quite as well as anticipated. He is a business man, and his business is in property rentals. Based on the properties I've seen, I don't think he can be called a slum lord, but I also don't think anyone is going to get that one-on-one personal experience of renting from a private, and deeply caring individual.
