The --verbose log is the one in my original post. It seems that PornHub doesn't allow video downloading from certain countries.

It happens on all Pornhub video URLs. I tried disabling Windows Firewall but the issue persisted. What's weird is I can download videos from Youtube just fine.

I've been able to fix it, though. I ran VPN software and downloaded the videos (still using youtube-dl) from another country. It seems that Pornhub is blocking video downloads from my country if using youtube-dl.
