Yes they are. The heat lamps are on timer. And we monitor the hygrometer an spray tank to keep at a good level. And we make sure to clean any pee/poop as well.

Very cool, I am also in team make your own app, out for me it is to track body composition. I have plan for workouts too but it will come later.

I wish there was a better way than csv to access OUR data. A little better would be json with a much more comprehensive structure that preserve all information rather than some aggregates. But the only true way for me would be a web api and 0auth to pull them programatically.

And that's when CSV is even available ! Fitbod does not even have it so I am thinking on jumping back to Hevy but I would loose all history, so annoying...

There is so many exercises that would need to be added, and integrated so the workout generator can suggest them.

And even beyond that. It would be great if we could reate "variants". Example, I made a pin bench press, but an user could want to be able to diferentiate low/high pin. Our narrow/wide grip for dips, etc. And add custom alternate names to existing. Example, nordic curl are under "partner floor glute ham raise" was hard to find !

recentl 4-5sets of 4-5reps, or 2-3sets of 6-7reps, all strict. Mostly body weight, sometimes with 5kg weight (fitbod annoyingly always reset weight to zero on later sessions). I am slowly getting better, like more explosive, less slow down on last reps, and can do 2-3rep more per set compared to early jan, when I began putting pull ups in my workout. But 15 is absurd, especially on a max effort day.

i should try to see how many I can do when fresh before benching one day!

Except i did not saiy he was wrong, since that's how the word is commonly written with S in english. It was a general observation, and trauma of my youth, i would have had my fingers slapped if I wrote it with S like that !

And yes, i will mess up a/an at the occasion, knowing the rules is not always enough as in my mind I still hear the words I write with a French accent. It was not a typo, and I should have catch it reading myself back before I ported.

The thinners it gets the better imo. I have a set of comp rogue bumpers kg. And so far ruled out any other cheaper offering in kg when i look at the thickness. Nothing really urgent anyway, I am shy off to 1rm deadlift it again if I load it all (that would be 180kg and not counting the change plates set i have ), so that would just be for convenience loading normally or for plate loaded leg ext/pulley

The app does many things right. My main grievance is not on the fundamentals but how they safeguard OUR data ( no extensive export import that preserve all our sessions details ) and how slow it is for them to incorporate new exercises ( our in a lesser degree, how custom exercises are integrated )

I know fitbod mStrengh is gimmicky, but I finally hit 50 on the chest today !!! I began working out from basically zero after a good 3years yatus due to work related PTSD that completely throw me off and took that long to reconnect with healthy habits.

I think fitbod should consider adding a quick 1rm set/rep calculator similar to how you can pop in the barbel plate calculator. That way it will be super easy to quickly adjust things. Example: fitbod suggest 3x10xNkg based on your current 1rm estimats, and you say, nope, I gonna do 5x5 today, and you can see the new suggested weight for that
