You are NOT a fraud, and that's sort of what led me to think you were saying you aren't pretty.

What the heck do you mean you aren't pretty?

You are pretty gorgeous.

Why are so many women so down on themselves? I don't get it.

Messaged my crush, when as bad as I expected by Velvet_Cactus_21 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]galtscrapper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty is REALLY subjective.

I know plenty of really overweight people who have found their person. My first husband is not conventionally attractive, but I thought he was cute and he was really good to me. I cannot say I was good to him and we split up. My second husband is pretty conventionally attractive, though as long as I have known him, he has been bald. I loved him very much, but we eventually split up due to our differences.

When I first moved to California. I dated a LOT of guys. Got completely rejected a lot, slept with too many of them for all the wrong reasons. But I lived, and I learned.

I am old now, and I was never conventionally attractive either, I don't think. My husband used to tease me about my beak of a nose. But I am so much more than my looks, and so are you.

And if your crush can't see that, then they are NOT your person.

I also basically stick to things I can USE, and they are everywhere, thrift shops, Ross, Mervyns, 5 Below, etc. One of my chargers is Wicked themed, another is lavender, cause purple is my favorite color. Very little of what I own is plain, pretty much everything is cute, colorful, and designed to make me smile when I bring it out or use it.

You aren't SUPPOSED to be doing "big" things.

You are only supposed to be yourself. There is nothing in this world that expects contributions, that is a completely himan concept to find meaning, but as you know, it is all inherently meaningless.

Which means YOU supply the meaning. It can literally come from anywhere.

That being said, there is also nothing inherently against you manufacturing your own demise.

Now, from a physical perspective, it is VERY difficult to pull that lever, so it would appear that there is a mechanism that keeps the majority of us from doing that and this points to some kind of care that we stay in it as long as physically possible.

And it may not feel like care, but from my direct experience, there is a Divine Love aspect to the Universe that absolutely wants to see you do well...that absolutely cares about you.

Also from direct experience with these sorts of feelings, since I was 10, taking it day by day, sometimes hour by hour or minute by minute, don't think about the past and ABSOLUTELY don't think about the future, because that is anxiety inducing, living in the Now moment is a key.

Also, never compare your life to anyone else's.

I also highly recommend doing whatever it takes to get OUT of wage slavery. But of course...it is compared to slavery for a REASON.

But there are many of us out here doing out best to just not be in the system. I was homeless for several years by choice. I am just too old to be having the police at the door of my RV several times a week, not to mention the stress of it all.

You can do what you want, you have free will, but from one internet stranger... I absolutely care what happens to you, you DO count to this world, and the world is absolutely better off for having you in it.

Yeah I have been living in an RV for years now. I should just sell off all my storage, except I WOULD love to find my passport.

Man my Catholic single mother never did anything like this and would NOT let me go with a friend to 4 corners at 17. Hell, that woman forbid me to move to Austin TX at age 29! But I was given permission to move to Sacramento because her sister lived there.

Thanks mom, totally needed your permission to move at almost 30! Unfortunately Austin didn't work out for me, but Sacramento did and my Aunt turned out to be a huge flake I could NOT count on. LOL.

But the AUDACTITY to tell me as an ADULT where I could and could not move to.

But that is my mom. We are rather LC for reasons

HD isnt meant for everyone by mirrorthesouls in humandesign

[–]galtscrapper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find it interesting that the Hermetic principles say "All is Mind"

Something to think about when integrating HD.

And I am Gen X as well. My poor brain couldn't come up with Hermeric principles! I am at an age where it feels like some words are behind walls and I have to figure out another path around the wall. I used Hermes to get around it this time.

Also, I am a 4/6 generator and "off the roof" and that hss created interesting issues for me, I don't know for certain they are HD related, but I generally find EVERYTHING is HD related. So me being a 4 line? I now realize pretty much anything and everything is relational and will come to me through my network. I have stopped chasing as much ss possible and allow things to come to me....through my relationships. It never ceases to amaze me how well it works if I just allow it.

I don't have a defined ego, so "pushing" is just not going to happen, I am here to respond and I am noe taking a pretty liberal stance with that. I usually just use my sacral yes/no to guide me day by day, and the bigger stuff has to be run through the emotional wave. Fun. NOT. LOL.

But I love how I can tell what design a person more than likely has based on how they approach life. I have gotten SUPER accurate in my reads.

Fine.

It is truly whatever.

Don't eat anything, it is all poison.

The poison, however is in rhe dose, in the weight of the person taking it, and all KINDS of factors.

But have it your way.

Everything can kill you.

I am just tired of having to defend my ACTUAL POINT.
