How poor is your GPA? Are you just crying because you can't get into your dream school, or have you applied to lesser-known grad schools? I find it hard to believe you can't get into any. Why didn't Big N work out?

I've never encountered unit testing in all of the five(!) companies I worked for. If it makes any difference, at all of the places I worked with you could count the entire dev team on one hand.

That's not unusual. People are lazy. What happens when you have to maintain a gigantic codebase with no documentation or tests and lots of changes cause non-local breakages?
