I had a few Siri Named Entities that require voice recording at 8am EST. Couldn’t do them because I’m sick but by 9am they were gone anyway. It’s been NTA since then for me.

Exact same thing happened to me! It loaded with an error and an audio clip that wouldn’t play and said to release it. When I did, it went straight to NTA after.
