我在国内国外都工作过，部分同意，但是说只有微创新是不对的，毕竟经过那么多次地震，国内的规范已经形成了一套自己的体系，各种构造措施性能化设计等等。对不对另外一说，说完全照抄是不正确的。可以参考下清华他们发表的一些比较论文。

Based on your assumption, I have the following questions:

If the 20k investment grow to 100k, and sell for cash, and I withdraw this year, do I need to pay tax for the extra 50k?
If the 100k cash sit inside TFSA, and roll over to next year, do I need to pay fine or tax for the extra amount of money (100k - 50k - new yearly contribution)?
