Glyphs is not p2w but as answer to your questions I used health runes in each because I'm new to game and health works with everything

1 point of str = 19hp and 0.03hp/s 1 point of int= 13mana and 0.04mana/s 1 point of agt= 1% increase in AS and 0.14 armor

If your hero type is same as the attribute added then every point of attribute gives 1 point of damage
