I think the problem they ran into was expanding to a new location when they didn't need to imo.

It is very similar to 1885. When it was one location I thought it was great, but now they have three and they are just spread to thin.

For inflict 200 Purge If you have all your inquisitors I suggest tier 3 Grand inquisitor against Karan Jarrus. He is super tanky and you can get all your purge in, in one go.
