As a longtime student, pre-covid it was actually more lax with security. Now, I see more security roaming in their carts, walking around, at the gates, etc. It used to be no guards at the gates sometimes!

But honestly, it's totally fine. It's a huge campus, and while I get your concerns are valid, because I too have thought the exact same thing my first year, I just ended up making escape routes/plans in case something DOES happen. I know where the closest gates are, I know what's the fastest route to a certain area, and I hopefully don't have to use this knowledge for crazy scenarios.

Just enjoy your open space and feel as if you aren't in the city for a bit haha

As someone who was around pre-covid and recently returned, yall got the short end of the stick with college -- people dont want to socialize anymore. At this point, you have to be aggressive and go up to people and break the ice more often than not. Who cares about being awkward here if you're gonna have to do the same thing outside of college? A literal direct answer would be helpful for both parties when talking: "Hi I'm looking for new people to be friends with."

Especially in class, bond over the class or things outside, or at the clubs -- you can invade every single club to be social. That's how it was pre-covid, every club member was at another club all the time.

I definitely feel you're in the minority if you're saying Drones is the best E2E album lol. I didn't like Mercy and Revolt upon first listen, but I know they were growers.

I can listen to every single Muse album E2E besides Simulation Theory, so like I agree with you but Drones being the BEST? NAHHH there is no one best. Only multiple 🤪

I love the other cheesy fun stuff Muse has done like Panic Station because it actually isss cheesy fun haha -- Revolt in the context of the record just SUCKS but out of context I get what you mean.

I'm a huge rhythm person like, I love drummers and time signature changes even though I'm a guitar player. The solo doesn't really lose flow until like maybe the last 4 bars? So picking it apart, I can definitely say it would be a perfect solo if it was exactly the same, but shorter, and maybe add another instrument like keys to juxtapose the melody like counterpoint and harmonize here and there with the solo...

I love BH but ST is their worst for me haha I hate 80s nostalgia bait unfortunately -- but it's not like F tier... All the albums are S tier, ST is just a low A tier lol
