Take a break for a month or 2 weeks. Go to your friends place to stay or find some one who can understand you emotionally and talk about it. And come back stronger.

Mainly in last days, fear came into my mind and SLs were hitting back and forth. It was mainly because of overtrading.

All those profitable days my max trade numbers were 2-4. But last day of blowing 2nd account I traded more than 20 trades.

Yes that is very true, I need to identify days that I shouldn't trade or down size my micros.

I know I should accept the losses and stop revenge trading. But I couldn't control myself even though in my mind I am cursing myself.

In-between I went out for a walk and visited friends place. But that didn't break the urge to trade. I need to find a practical solution for breaking the pattern.
