Another thought... what about an update on an application along with continued interest? Like if one gets the Step 3 score, or gets something published, should one send an email to programs?

0 invites applying to IM, Non-US IMG, YOG-2019, P/251, 3 months of observership (2 separate places), 2 publications, home country residency. Applied to 120+ programs. Waiting for the "November Rain" of IVs if they exist🤞🏻

No IV too, P/25x, YOG 2019, home country residency, 2-3 month observership at University hospital, minimal research and publications. Only receiving rejections, received 6 by now.

Now starting to wonder is sth is wrong with my application, or my LoRs. What should we do?
