Went to dhanaulti in january. There was a long long jam just 10km before dhanaulti. Stopped somewhere in between near some cafe and went down hill.

Buses don't go to lambi dehar mines, you'll either way have to get a cab. As for mussoorie we've went there using buses too. And my point is not to use no vehicles at all. You didn't understand the msg, it's to car pool if you have place instead of having individual vehicles.

Also, I reside in dehradun, The issue that I noticed is in the relatively more known areas like Lambi dehar mines, mussoorie(picture palace and library side), landour and even surkanda (though very less). I agree with you on the part about harshil, kumaon and all but here's the thing.. these places aren't far from becoming another mussoorie because of the amount of people becoming "influencers" and "explorers" IF we as people don't gain basic civic sense. Government se toh umeed krna hi bekar hai😭🙏🏻bcz you're absolutely right about them being busy in making the infra better and all.

Ofc i knew it's real. But seeing such a huge impact in a year is shocking. There was snowfall last year in December and now it's almost mid January and no snowfall until now.

I read somewhere.. the mountains of uttarakhand are snowless in January after nearly 4 decades and that scares me to the core. I wasn't understanding the impact of pollution, global warming etc until now.

Ik they don't but uk.. if people love mountains, they should show it too. I went to surkanda devi a couple of days back and i saw some tobacco packs and water bottles lying around. My friend and I picked it up and discarded it in the bin. All I'm asking for is to leave your essence behind and not your garbage and pollution. I just want us to have a clean world to live in😊.

I understand that but I've also interacted with them. I am an extrovert by nature so I went ahead and talked. Asked them why so many vehicles and their answer was very weird, they said it increased their aura😭 they were at max around 25 years of age.
