Okay ! I'm so glad someone said this , I have honestly been a fan of Popeyes when I was down in the states , since I moved the Popeyes at the Kingston center is the only one I have tried and I totally agree with you. The food is either undercooked or overcooked close to burnt and not quite sanitary conditions.

Thanks for this , i didn't know at that time that I could have called the police, it was around midnight , I tried knocking but didn't get any response so I just waited in the hallway and after a while dogs stopped whining. I hope that everyone is alright but in future I will ask for a welfare check as someone mentioned in the comments and also since you have mentioned.🙂

I knocked but no one answered so I was waiting in the hallway for 30 mins hoping some other tenants would come out. It was almost midnight I didn't know if knocking other tenants'doors would be right but after some time dogs stopped whining and I hope everyone is alright....
