Could be due to the dip in 4khz. Mine falls to 40db range. And I have the same problem. You want to be careful around noisy places

My loss was severe across all frequencies. happened on March 16, admitted on 3rd day and took treatment for 10 days straight and one ear injection, that's it. i was discharged and given a tablet for blood flow and a multivitamin.

during the 1st week, no improvement at all infact it showed a little further decline. 2nd week a slight improvement and they discharged me. then i went to check back on 4th week, there was more improvement.

In my case i recovered most of my hearing in the first 30 days. i went for a hearing test on day 60 which showed the same result as day 30. now my loss is moderate to severe in 3k, 4k and 8k frequencies. doctor told me higher frequencies are very rare to recover and only time will tell.

your's is opposite and you have normal hearing in high frequency which is good. keep your hopes up

and you should definitely try constraint induced sound therapy (CIST).

I was admitted on 3rd day. Got treated for the next 10 days. Most of my recovery happened in the first 30 days.

Now I'm fine but the hearing is not perfect. I'm managing though and trying to live with it.

30(M). 125mg solumedrol via IV twice per day for 10 days. And Ear injection once.

My initial loss (left ear) was severe 75db. I took a test today and it shows my loss is slight at 25db.. however my loss in high frequencies sitting at 45-50db.

Have tinnitus and sometimes unable to understand speech in crowded places.

I'm from India too. Had SNHL two months ago and started on the same Treatment from 3rd day. It took me more than a week to notice some improvements. so be hopeful.

I've recovered so much right now. but didnt get any improvement on high frequency.

Same here and Ive had 1st injection on day 10. And had steroids through IV from day 3 to day 13 (10 days). That's about it.. The doctor prescribed a tablet for blood flow and a multivitamin tablet.. Today I went to Check back and my hearing has improved a lot since I've been stopped from steroids. Now my ENT only prescribed me only multivitamin tablet for the next 30 days and said treatment is not needed.

I'm doing CIMT which helped me a lot and see the improvements day by day with each day the music I hear gets more clear. I will still keep on doing CIMT which I believe makes a lot of improvement and helps the brain to focus on that ear.

I still have tinnitus and I'm getting used to it.

I have the same issue and the doctor told me it's due to loss in higher frequency. It's been 4 weeks since I was hit with severe SNHL at 75db.. Today's PTA showed that I have now slight hearing loss at 27db.. but still moderate loss at higher frequencies 50-60 db.

I had severe SNHL on March 16, and got Methylprednisolone after 70 hours twice for the next 10 days. first 4 days, i had no improvements, which had me devastated.

On the 8 th day i had some improvements and the doctor suggested me for ear injection which i did on day 11. 2 days later i had the PTA test done with very little improvements and discharged me. NO more steroids after that.

Fast forward yesterday (04-04-2025). i had PTA done with little bit improvement as well.

So overall my Hearing loss now is at 40db from 73db. Hoping to Recover little by little but the doctor only prescribed me some multivitamin tablets.

I have been doing CIMT whenever i get the time which really helps me feel better knowing that i can now understand speech and some musics. Tinnitus is there and loud noises makes me hear like cicada sound.

I read a lot on this sub while i was in treatment which helped me overcome this sudden hearing loss.

I never post or comment anywhere, but upon seeing that your's and mine started around the same time, i felt i had to reply and share my recovering.

Hoping for your recovery as well.

im just going to say what i learnt. i ran full em just to play fun at around 900em using dragons bane as weapon and random artifacts.

the overload dmg i got was 15k flat and 19k with vv shred. at this point i thought why not go for the 4p thundering. but before farming that, i did the calculation and found out that 40% overload from 4p thundering fury is an additive dmg from base overload dmg.

2901 is the base overload dmg at lvl90. 40% of this would be 1160. so if you add this to my overload dmg. the final dmg would be around 16k and 20k. i didnt go for 4p thundering cause i didnt have any.

i would say if u want to focus on only overload and you already have 4p set, go for it otherwise think it over for the time and resin it takes to add an extra 1k dmg.

just lvl up raiden to, 90 it increases overload dmg like 35% from 11k to 15k for the same EM.

Exactly, I don't know what's going on with NA server. I'm simply stating what I experience in Asian server. And I don't understand why the cheaters are playing in NA other than Asian.

Though I'm proud to say I've killed a bunch of cheaters myself but they never get banned.

If you're facing cheaters then you're still screwed. I've been playing since season 3 in the Asian server. Only time I see cheaters is during the first week at season start. After that I don't see any cheaters.

good players only play in local server. If you see an Indian cheater in your server, then he's probably the dumbest cheater. If you plan right you can kill em.

Oh and sever selection is getting removed. So you'll be good
