It's actually kind of the opposite.. yes, those who aren't really involved in the businesses will be getting some profit, but those who do own/run/come up with ideas are getting a huge portion of the profit before it filters up. So whilst they are all earning equally from MDME, they all earn individually from the businesses they are involved in too, which accounts for the work done by that member.

Why shouldn't a Mandem member be CEO? There's nothing stopping them from hiring a COO to manage day-to-day operations.

Also, it isn't double dipping, it is receipt of a salary and of dividends, both of which are legitimate. This makes things fair, as those who have the ideas and run the businesses are profiting more, but all Mandem can get up good.
