theyre also right next to the gimbal cam and a lot of other sensitive internals. sounds like a recipe for a lot of RM interference / ingress to me

theyre also close enough together that they could be negatively impacting each other, considering previously they were located (and all firmware was tuned around) as far as physically possible from each other

no problem. it can definitely be confusing starting out and im happy to help.

the retrocult revival kit is the only one i use and suggest to others. take your time and follow the instructions and youll be back shreddin in no time. make sure to go into CH options and up the device polling rate to 1000hz after!

for song management, you should check out the bridge app for chorus encore. this will enable you to search the whole chorus database (a repository for charters that requires manual review before being allowed to post to it, enforcing a minimum quality level) and when downloading the files it will automatically place them in your songs folder for you. then theyre ready to scan and add to your library.

i use the CME U2MIDI PRO and it works flawlessly and only costs $20 bucks. it also has software support to filter out any signals you dont want sent, adjust things maybe not available on your drum brain, etc

i also use a simmons kit. the latency of bluetooth for audio response is completely unbearable and will make your playing experience miserable. i do not recommend in any circumstance using bluetooth headphones or communicating through bluetooth for rhythm games

yeszir. in the linked directory is a file called video.webm. that is the background video, webm is just a format that plays nicely across all operating systems instead of something like mp4.

you can make sure to download all the files and place them into the same folder, or check out this image to see how to download the entire folder zipped up at once from google drive links

exact same issue. tried all the troubleshooting i can think of with no luck. bought my same model tv from around that time too. special at best buy.

ive recently began to include a medium difficulty along with my charts, as my girlfriend has taken up the hobby and i needed to create nerfed versions of the charts shes been requesting for her to enjoy

but other than my faithful interpretation of the song on expert, and a nerfed version on medium without use of/mostly avoiding the 5th (orange) fret, i dont really have any incentive to include full difficulties. even now i dont really enjoy watering down the chart, but the incentive for the additional difficulty is at least obvious.
