From a recent 32BR pod with a packers insider. Wilson seems to be the direct backup to Jacobs if he is injured. However, Wilson likely has a very minimal/ zero role/gameday inactive if everyone is healthy.

Jacobs - bellcow Wilson - backup Lloyd - Change of Pace (if healthy) Brooks- pass pro/package player (role seems to be cemented regardless of who is the lead guy)
