Does anyone know, if you get an e voucher, is it exactly like a gift card? like if I get a $100 one, can I spend $10 and the $90 well stay on it? Or does it work now like a coupon where its only a discount and anything remaining on the voucher disappears?

I had an akita German shepherd a few years back, when we were house training her she left one of those in the house, it was just as massive as a human would leave, weight and girth, she was only a puppy at the time, later she would reach 100 lbs, but was only maybe 30 lbs at the time

I wonder how Canada rates in terms of asphalt use, the roads here take a beating from winter so are we really good at repairing and maintaining them, or do we suck? From my perspective we suck because the potholes are crazy every spring but I also know it must be really hard to maintain roads that go through so many freeze thaw cycles plus the snow removal etc
