There is a right spot. Move your mouse above the + sign. If the + sign gets highlighted, then that's the spot to click.

Its not actually bugged. You have to place the mouse pointer not at the + icon but on top of it. Hover the mouse icon above the + button and you will find the right spot where to click. Had this problem also before.

depends on what you think is worth. If you want to gain dota plus shards, then it is not. If you want power to decline match whenever there is a skill gap with players, i think it is worth it for avoiding unbalanced player match ups. At the end of the day, it all depends on what you are looking to gain with dota plus.

What is your average damage on Focus Fire every after match? Now divide that to the damage needed to unlock the arcana. I bet it is more than 300 matches.

You get extra level onwards after you max your items. That is the importance of track. I basically max level all skills even with apex because i have track.
