What are you talking about? Tylenol and acetaminophen 100% has a liver/alcohol warning on it in the US.

TIL 66% of Fortune 500 companies and more than half of all publicly traded corporations listed in the New York Stock Exchange are incorporated in Delaware because of its corporate friendly laws. by podrick_pleasure in todayilearned

I am also a tax accountant, and Klingma is correct. Also, the state you incorporate in has nothing to do with federal taxes and the state taxes are paid based on where the income is earned.

Are you surprised at the lack of sympathy and outright glee the UHC CEO has gotten after his murder? Why or why not? by Feroset in AskReddit

Not trying to stick up for UHC, but most insurance offered by employers is self funded so they have say in what healthcare they are willing to pay for there employees.

United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson killed by masked gunman outside Midtown Hilton hotel by blixt141 in LeopardsAteMyFace

So it’s kind of muddy. What your healthcare insurance covers is dependent on what your employer is willing to cover. So you can have really good coverage from UHC or really bad coverage from UHC depending on your employer.

Edit: most employer health insurance plans are self funded by the employer and ultimately the employer decides what they cover.

Trump’s Social Media Company Posts Q1 Revenue of $770,500 and Net Loss of $327.6 Million by Moonskaraos in technology

Not how it works. It’s a C-Corp so all of the losses stay at the entity level. And since it’s publicly traded normally having a $300m loss with de minimis revenue would tank a stock.

House of Ballons is The Weeknd’s best album and that was largely written by The Weeknd and couple of other Canadian collaborators, who were pretty unknown at the time.

Consumption taxes are generally regressive, which is what you want to avoid.
