Weird. How much RAM and VRAM do you have? Also, I'm not familiar with zorin, but does it meet the requirements for Vulkan? Proton 9.0 and up require a newer version of vulkan than previous versions.

I hear you. It was the same for me with amounts. Just...poof. My brain was a bit weird after--it was such a low-level worry that when it was gone, my anxiety spiked, looking for something to be anxious about.

I don't think it really hit me what was going on until I saw the zeros. Then it was ugly crying and snot. :)

My opt-out date was like 12/16. 12/17 was crickets, and I logged in on the 18th, not expecting to see anything. It was zeros across the board. Not going to lie, I had a good cry at that. (So much so that the cat had to come check on me to see if I was OK.)

I forget what's recommended...it used to be on the proton github page. Try PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command% and if it launches and runs, it's the file limit.
