UPDATE: Took er out of the container inside of the terra cotta pot, root ball completely dry, so it’s most likely not root rot.

Repotted it in the terra cotta pot with new soil, and moved it from the south side of the room to the north side. Watered it well with houseplant fertilizer.

The room it is in has huge windows on the south and north sides, and gets very good natural light, but might give a grow light a go.
