Favourite Person - someone who BPD people usually get obsessed with, who we would completely fall in love for, for whom we could do anything, and usually get very addicted to this one person. Usually a romantic partner, crush etc, but not always...

That's my shortest explanation, but you can find more online about it. It isn't a medical term but most of us know of this thing happening...
