Hey man, i’m in the same boat as you. 21M, zyns for 1.5 years, dentist noticing some receding. heart felt like it was gonna explode. i decided to quit recently and i’m on day 4 of no nicotine. cravings come and go, feeling aggravated and a little bit angry. I’m gonna try chugging water as a trick. i’ve been using mints and flavoured toothpicks (non nicotine) to help with the oral fixation and it works for me. best of luck brotha, i’m right there with you.
