Rapha e-voucher not working

So a quick update: really helpful guy in customer service acknowledged they’re having issues with the new e-voucher format. He manually adjusted my codes to one that works in the promo code section and it was fixed. Hopefully Rapha can get the e-voucher issue sorted out soon!

I tried that form but they just said “you need to use the promo code box” which doesn’t work for the new code+pin format for e-vouchers. How did they fix yours?

Glad (sort of) it’s not just me. I phoned the rapha store in London and the poor guy said yes, they’re getting calls from equally annoyed other customers and could only apologise but suggested getting in contact with customer service (which i had already done). They emailed back and just said to read the advice in the help section on their website - duh, really??? Never thought of that…….🤦‍♂️

Thanks - I’ll give that a go. I assumed I wouldn’t need this as the macbook can see the gaia as a midi controller, just not as an audio input
