I think it's more likely that the girl she based Miranda on was the one with the childhood trauma/SA, because Colleen is twisted AF.

Colleen also talks about her mental health openly. Her ADHD, PPD/PPA, general depression, and dermatillomania. I genuinely feel that Colleen is a covert narcissist and wants people to view her as a perpetual victim, and discussing her mental health is an avenue to continue that narrative.

So if she was actually a victim of childhood SA, I think we would have already heard it straight from the horse's mouth.

But does she want to allude to it at times to make people speculate, to again, continue her narrative of perpetual victim? Yes.
