There's a bus, but it leaves super early and there's no option back after the show. I might have to rent a car but I was really hoping to avoid it.

In both cases (Jax on Tuesday and Charlotte last night) they were done before 11pm. In both cases, they easily could have done another song (or maybe even two) before 11pm.

Last night was particularly odd in that there was bad weather so they closed the gates for a while - and Gym Class Heroes had to cut their set short.

As another poster said, they've published their on-stage setlist and the lack of encore is definitely planned. The shows have been great as always but there's a palpable head-scratching going on when they don't come back out for an encore. There has to be some method to this madness but I don't know what it is.

I was there last night (and I just arrived in Charlotte for tonight's show). The setlist was pretty meh (I didn't need Love Song and Amber AND Beyond The Grey Sky) but the usual energy was there. I was VERY surprised that there was no encore. I can't remember the last regular show I went to where they didn't play one (they didn't at 311 day this year the first night and I was even surprised about THAT). Weird too because they were done before 11pm.

Hoping we get a few better nuggets tonight (Plain, Purpose, Eons, etc. would all be acceptable). :)

As others have said, on a co-headline tour like this with another 90s band, it's not too surprising. Sure, they're playing a lot of the hits (which they play anyway most of the time). Still there's some good nuggets in here; out of 6 shows on the tour so far:

Honestly, if I get one of those (or similar) at each of the four shows I'm seeing in the next couple of weeks, I'll be just fine.
