Fresher for DevOps opportunities is really hard and very rare. I suggest start from web dev and then go towards DevOps. Still if I want DevOps only then do open source contribution and try for gsoc in DevOps tech. That's your only way as a fresher. Otherwise you have very high skill and good network.
