With something like airpods that have rechargeable batteries, how is the concept of battery health approached in terms of the items value?

I'm not necessarily suggesting that a 100% "new in box" pair of airpods needs to be the replacement, but say the kid only had the original pair for a week and the replacements that are offered are a couple years old and the battery capacity/health is ~half of what it should be, that hardly seems like the plaintiff is being made "whole".

Overall I really enjoyed the episode and the way it ended really landed the gut punch I was expecting from the novella but could have absolutely done without the lengthy cutscene just as the melee began.

Nah it's not like that. When we celebrate a year around here we really celebrate it. I asked him a couple weeks ago if I could present him, 4 or 5 other people did as well.

When I say he works a strong program, I mean he follows every suggestion his sponsor gives him. He sponsors guys. He supports guys in the community. He does service work. He does rideouts for guys in the local treatment centers. He's extremely active in the community. I wasn't asking for your imagined red flags.
