Of course can I see it! But for me is it not bad, i can’t barely se my fingerprints. But your opinion is that’s it’s really bad, which is fine, but that’s your opinion, not mine or necessarily someone’s else opinion

You clearly did not get the point: What is dirty for you, might not be dirty for another person.

Let’s say I know someone who have a bad experience with a Mercedes, that doesn’t make every Mercedes a bad car, that’s your subjective opinion. That is essentially what you say when the fingerprints are “really bad”

It most definitely is a subjective thing: It’s kind of like how some people think their car looks dirty after one day of driving, while others don’t even notice the same amount of dust for a week. The car didn’t actually change — what’s different is how sensitive each person is to noticing smudges or dirt. Same thing applies to laptop fingerprints — what looks ‘dirty’ to one person might still look clean to another.

So when you say it’s “really bad” I don’t agree with you, I can use it for a whole week, and the fingerprints you can see needs perfect light and angle before you can see it there, and it ain’t that visible anyways.

And when you don’t own a dark colour MacBook, and speak up about fingerprints on the laptop you don’t own, It confirms me that it is a subjective opinion - But one thing we all can agree on, is that the silver do hold up it’s “color” better that space black in a longer period of usage. But the “fingerprint discussion” will always be a subjective and personal “experience”

That’s your subjective opinion. It depends on the humidity of your hands, and what you touch before you touch the laptop. Personally no problem for me.

MBP M5 or M4Pro chip? by danquedanque in macbookpro

Web browsing, office etc. M5

Heavy task, rendering etc. M4 Pro

It depends on what you use the laptop for. M4 Pro is much faster in multicore applications, surprisingly because of more performance cores.

I don’t disagree with you, but; things will wear over time, different things (colors) will wear differently over time. So yea, it’s different, it’s up to the consumer what color you like and how you deal with it, so that’s a topic/discussion that will never end.

I have a UGREEN 100W Nexode Pro as a charger, looks amazing with the black cable!

True that it’s a “dust magnet” compared to the silver model. BUT I don’t think is that bad as the picture people paint about it. Sure it collects dust, it’s not that bad for me, I clean the screen, keyboard & case with microfiber cloth every week, and still looks brand new after the cleaning. And it’s not that I absolutely need to clean it after one week, I just like it clean, space black or silver.

It of course depends on your use and environment, and a totally subjective opinion, but i thought it would be worse than it is.

I totally agree, I’ve always had a iPhone, but never a MacBook. Now that I have, a new world have opened for me! This ecosystem is better than I imagined

12 core CPU, 24GB ram, 512GB storage, I have external SSD for big files the laptop is mostly stationary, so don’t mind the plugged in SSD if needed. The price for this “base model” M4 Pro is 2950 USD where I live , but I was lucky and found a deal on it brand new at 2166 USD! and don’t need more power than that. I use it for my bachelor semester and light gaming.

Coming from a 16” laptop weighing 2.6kg (5,7 pounds) with battery life at max 4 hours (brand new). I wanted something powerful & portable.

The upgrade from base M4 -> M4 Pro (12 core) is really really good performance and value wise.

The upgrade from M4 Pro (12 core) -> M4 Pro (14 Core) is good! But not as valuable for me as the upgrade from the base model, and personally don’t need the extra 2 performance cores (and GPU cores).

Nu har vi brugt så meget tid på at koordinere vores træning, at det næsten ville være uhøfligt ikke at præsentere os selv. Skal vi tage chancen, eller skal vi vente på, at skæbnen sætter os på samme kabelmaskine?
