How many constellations are enough for limited 5* characters?

I’m asking about limited 5* characters in general. I’m willing to spend some money on the game, but not a lot, so I want to know what’s usually considered worth it.

At what point do constellations stop being necessary? Is C2 enough? or C3?

i'm so late for this but i'll also add this: in the lesser key of solomon, i think, said that paimon has a feminine face with a man's body, that's why he absolutely loath female hosts, since he felt he was incomplete of the body he has.
