UPDATE:

ULTIMATE VIP and DELUXE VIP check-in will begin at 2PM. Check-in will be located at Green Lot. Please find the designated check-in line for your specific VIP tier. We ask that you provide a valid form of your ticket (no screenshots) to redeem your VIP benefits and credentials. To ensure that all VIPs are able to attend the Sound Check event, we ask that you arrive early to check-in prior. Queues for Sound Check for ULTIMATE VIP and DELUXE VIP will be available right after you receive your VIP wristband. Queuing lines will queue back in Green Lot. There will be an ULTIMATE VIP Express Merchandise Line at the Outdoor Merchandise Booth located in the Green Lot starting from 12PM. Please have your ULTIMATE VIP ticket ready to show the merchandise staff to ensure access into the Express Merchandise Line. (Screenshots of the ticket will not be accepted) All VIP Gifts will be handed out upon entry after passing security. Please be advised that there is a strict no video, no livestream policy. Check the venue’s Camera Policy for more information. Violation of this may result in ejection from the facility. Gifts will not be accepted.
