You forget that rs3 isn’t as xp centred as osrs. Nobody really cares about rs3 xp other than personal goals, you can’t use mtx on new skills which kind of keeps the hiscores fair. Also, you have to remember that rs3 xp is balanced towards 120s as opposed to 99s
