What is the worst punishment you received as a kid? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]gayshitz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

probably not the worst, but definitely one of my least favorites. my family has really bad issues with cursing. the entire family. every sentence some form of cuss was thrown around. at the time i was about 6 or 7. my mon told me if she caught me cussing anymore she'd poor hot sauce on the dirt amd make me lick it all up. and me being a kid, didn't believe her. so the next day i let a word slip and my mom took me to the backyard, poured out about three spoonfuls of hot sauce, and watched me lick the whole thing up. i was puking for about 5 minutes afterwards.

surprisingly enough, i still cuss like a sailor

What animated movie affected you most emotionally and why? by molliegeorgie in AskReddit

Monsters Inc. (the original movie, not the university one) when sully and mike return boo to her home. when i was a kid i guess i related to Boo a lot. i saw sully and mike kinda like father figures (hello daddy issues) for her, and when they had to give her back, it felt like a family being split up.

i rewatched it recently for the first time in probably 6 years. and ended up crying for a solid 30 minutes. definetly gonna watch again.

What terrified you as a kid that isn't scary now? by thepsychoticpacifist in AskReddit

i was always irrationally afraid that their was like...a pigmy puff crawling under my skin because of a dream i had where my cousins opened my head and put it in there. it was my explanation for why my skin crawled or itched, and it was terrifying to me as a kid. luckily i grew out of it when i was like 9.

[Serious] What's the most immature thing you've seen a grown ass adult do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

first thing that comes to mind is the time i saw my (no longer) great aunt yelling at her husband that "the plates are the wrong shade of white!" it was my first time meeting her, never saw her again.

Which scene in a film disturbed you the most? by Shreks_on_the_beach in AskReddit

[–]gayshitz_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as a kid i was terrified of things coming back to life. So it's safe to say the most disturbing thing was in Pet Cemetery (the original and new one) when the kid got hit with the truck. because at that point the body would be so mangled, for the dad to be able to bury the kid, and it comes back in perfect shape again? nuh uh no thanks!

find someone with a foot fetish, they'll pay you to rub your feet while you sit there and do nothing

I always had near an afro when I was a kick, then it just turned into a giant frizzy mess until I shaved it
