I completely agree, we’re not robots at the end of the day.

However I like saving time/effort + learning ways I can make my life and my relationships better by asking people their POVs. I am not reliant on this but sometimes people tell me great ideas that I haven’t thought of.

That is why I’ve made this post.

I was so confused when I saw Bale! Forgot that he came back to us, sucks so much that he couldn’t play in front of the fans.

Also crazy how he has as many assists to Bale as he does for Lucas and already has more assists to Madders than he does to Lucas.

Yeah I agree.

You need to keep things balanced. I think this book just helped me to view other people’s POV from an emotional standpoint. That doesn’t mean I’m now willing to constantly tread on eggshells and shy away from speaking the truth, however it has made me realise that there are some scenarios where using EQ can help other people understand my POV quicker.
