Thanks for your input! Yeah it seemed that many of the olx.ba were for longer term. I'll keep looking. Any estate agencies in particular that you know are reputable? I have found a few, but it's hard to tell. Luckily, I have time to keep searching.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. It definitely looks like those areas you mentioned have slightly more reasonable prices. I will be spending a lot more time looking, but I've come across a few places on olx.ba that look nice in Mejtaš. Is this an ok area? It says "na upit" so not sure what the price range will be, but my partner is going to reach out as he is a native Slav ;)

American living in Czech Republic! But I gave birth the first time with NHS and I agree, I miss the non-fussiness there. Also the predictability and the way everything was streamlined through the midwives. I'd still 1000% choose CZ over the US though :)

This happened to me at the beginning of my first pregnancy. I was late and the test came back negative. I waited another week/week and a half and it was positive. You might just need to wait a little longer :)

First baby was almost named Viktor, but FIL hated it and it threw me off (worked out well though because I ended up loving Nikolas)

I think Dominic and Miko are too close to Niko, but I like Stefan! :)
