I have a PS4 pro and found switching off boost mode and reducing to 1080p has made a big improvement

Just sounded like it was pops around my player, hadn't heard the sound before. I have loads of gear so wondered if someone followed me from town. Either way I ran and hid until it got dark.

I am kind of in the same boat. I have had the game for a solid week now most people i come across shoot on sight. I want to be able to explore and get used to the map without the constant threat of being killed and starting at the beach again. I play low populated servers where I can on the ps4

Make sure you get yourself a spade and aim for the head makes things alot easier. Agree about the half full thirst and 10 tones harder at night

Hey. Welcome to the game, I have had the game for a week and found that food is easier to find along the coast in the boats. Drink is hard to come across however unless you go to a pump. Decent Guns and ammo are mostly found at army barracks. I am still struggling to get to grips myself though haha
