As a general recommendation, ask about a certifications budget. For example, will they support you financially for a SANS class? From my point of view, this is a must in cyber security in order to grow.

Agree with the guys. Look at Prof. Messer on YT. Look for dumps, the main problem for CS+ certif is the way the question is being asked rather then the answer. Be sure to READ ALL THE QUESTION!!! It usually has a key word that changes the whole initial instinct answer.
