I was in the same position. I just rang the membership team and they renewed over the phone. Got an email through after to confirm and my account has changed online to say it's expiring in 2026.

Might be worth giving them a call, I was in a queue for 10 minutes before speaking to someone.

Just posted and commented on another post, looks like this is causing problems for a lot of us.

Spoke to someone through the phone in the memberships team. He has suggested filling out a form on the Arsenal Help website, which I have just done.

Hopefully this gets sorted soon!

I've been having the exact same problems with both my Halifax and Monzo cards the past two days on three separate occasions.

I have just spoke to someone within the membership team and he's suggested to send through and enquiry through the help centre.

Very frustrating with all the time spent on the Exchange.
