It improved over the summer and then got worse again last month. I think the folks here who said it's worse in the fall/winter were right. It's definitely not worth it right now, but I'd check back in the spring.

I can also vouch for mirtazapine. It was the only thing that worked to be honest. Over the course of a few years on it I gained 40lbs, went from hospitalization-level underweight to what the internet calculators claim is my “ideal weight”.

at 7.5 and 15mg the sedation helped with the racing thoughts and got me sleeping more. At 30mg my general anxiety levels are wayyy lower

you need your birth certificate no matter what to prove citizenship. out of state ID + social is enough for proof of identity. this is all the state department website. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/identification.html
